Countdown Day 19: A God for the Masses
Let's briefly take a look at some of Christ's more famous interactions from the four gospels.
- Nicodemus, a Pharisee.
- A roman centurion suffering from leprosy.
- A woman taken in adultery.
- Fishermen.
- A widow at the treasury.
- Matthew, a publican.
This is just a brief sampling of those Jesus interacted with. Notice something? He doesn't stick to one crowd. Or place. He traveled far and wide, talking to many different kinds of people, preaching the gospel of salvation and healing all.
Jesus Christ does not discriminate. He is everybody and anybody's God. He came to the sinner and believer, the poor and rich, the whole and suffering. The Savior is here for all of us, because he loves who we are -- not what we are.
