"i've seen the village, and i don't want it raising my child"
This quote is obviously reffering to 1) the popular quote "it takes a village to raise a child" and 2) the terrible moral state of the world today. The latter quote was viable only when the village is a good place, and in this day and age, we cannot trust the village...
