Now i have a new set of three classes, which are
1) Honors Literature and Composition Analysis
2) Honors U.S. History
3) Honors Algebra 2
Sometimes it's a bit tough, with three Honors classses with double the work in each, but it's not terrible. It's interesting, the schedule actually lets me focus on each set of subjects better than regular school scheduling. History is kind of annoying, due to "busy work", Algebra is math, math is math, bleh, and English class is way easy. English is most likely my best subject
A place to explore my identity, and reflect on the past, present, and future. And because I love story telling, that love will shine through. You can read about my experience as a missionary at my sister blog, ElderLynn.Blogspot.com. I hope to hear back from all of you, and hope you'll enjoy what I've written!
Why We're Here
"Because writing is, much like death, a very lonely business."

Sign ~ Naruto
A while ago, i posted a link (probably useless now) to my favorite song, Sign by FLOW. i found this video the other day, and i love it. This opening was where i originally found the song, and i love this opening... definately one of the best openings the anime has produced.
(by clicking on the title, it will take You to the full version of the songs, plus english subs)

Onoki, The Third Tsuchikage
Note: this has nothing to do with my story.
i follow the manga/anime series Naruto (Shippuden), and during the recent Fourth Shinobi (ninja) World War Arc, a lot of the characters have been showing how much they've grown; which coincides with all the talk about how the new generation is surpassing the old one. However, there's also a lot of instances where the "old" generation stands up for the new and shows that they've been redeemed, and that they're not quite done yet. There's a quote from one of the oldest of the old generation, Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage. Without further ado, here's the quote:

"Don't already speak words of resignation! None of us should be abandoning themselves without doing anything! We have to do everything we can, even if it's just small, got it?!"
He says this right after everyone is prepared to give up in the wake of an extremely destructive offensive, from a foe that many believe to be unbeatable. But now Onoki is saying they can't give up without a fight! Personally, i find the quote extremely inspirational. He says that even if the only things the can do are "small" they should still do it, like they just have to fight their hardest then everything will be fine in the end... it's true, isn't it?
